Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ecorgOS ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on ecorgos.com. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required to obtain your consent before placing any non-essential cookies or accessing your device storage for analytics or marketing purposes.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies — such as localStorage entries, session storage, and pixel tags — work in a comparable way and are collectively referred to as "cookies" in this policy.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They do not collect personal data for tracking or marketing purposes. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, these do not require your consent.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), operated by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 collects pseudonymous data about your interactions with our website (pages visited, time on page, referral source, device type) to help us understand how visitors use ecorgos.com.
These cookies are only set after you give consent. If you decline, no GA4 scripts are loaded and no data is collected.
International transfer: Data collected by GA4 may be transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR, as part of Google's Ads Data Processing Terms, and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) adequacy decision of July 2023.
For more information on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
How to manage your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time. Your consent is stored in your browser's localStorage and is not linked to your account.
You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the website. Browser-level opt-out guides:
Legal basis
The legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the "Manage cookie preferences" button above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
